You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contact@thetargetologist.com. Note that if you request deletion, we will retain a minimal suppression record of your phone number for the sole purpose of not contacting you again.
